1. General Provisions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website http://www.pelletteriamassi.it/ (hereinafter the "Site").
The use of the service of remote sales described in these Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, "Clients" or "Client"), defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to his trade, business or professional activity.
The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
The customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions that have been made available on the Site, in order to enable the storage and playback by the Customer under Article. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.
Contracts concluded with Pelletteria Massi (as defined below) through the Website are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").

Regarding the products  of Pelletteria Massi likely to distance selling through the Site are available, with the relevant product codes, on the Website.

The above information is provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.

4. Price

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees. All prices are expressed in Euro.

5. Order of Products

The essential features and prices of the products are given in the offer for each product.

For the purchase of products, the Customer must complete and submit to the Leather Massi order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer shall add the Product into the "basket" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution to the cost of delivery and the means of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, will have to select the desired payment method and choose the "place order".
Before submitting the purchase order the customer will have the opportunity to correct any errors in data entry by following the appropriate procedure for amendment contained in the Site. In particular, the customer has the right to change the amount of products to be purchased, adding or deleting one or more Products from the "trolley".
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept the Terms and Conditions.
The customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of your order through the area "Orders" of your account.
Pelletteria Massi reserves the right to consider the acceptance of orders received.
Pelletteria Massi will notify the customer of a possible failure to accept orders received within 48 hours starting from the day following that on which the customer has sent the order to Pelletteria Massi will refund any amounts already paid by the customer for payment supply.

7. Confirmation of receipt of the order

In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the customer receives, upon execution of the contract, by email, a confirmation of receipt of the order placed by the customer.

8. Ineffectiveness order

No contract shall be concluded between the customer and Pelletteria Massi if Pelletteria Massi has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in the purchase of products ordered, or abusively exercising the right of withdrawal.
In such cases, the order submitted by Customer shall be of no effect whatsoever.
Pelletteria Massi will send to the Customer, via e-mail, a notice stating the failure to conclude the contract, ensuring also the cancellation of all charges and / or expenses charged to the customer.

9. Transport and delivery

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
The customer has in any case the right to demand delivery of the products to a person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the territory of one of the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Vatican City, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary (excluding overseas territories of France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway).
Upon delivery will require the signature of an adult older than 18 will not be made deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly indicated on the Site and in the order form. Their value depends dall'importato total single order. Shipping costs do not vary depending on the country of destination, without prejudice to the territorial limitation of the above.
All purchases will be delivered by courier, with service Standard and without notice of delivery, from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays.
Pelletteria Massi is not responsible for unpredictable delays.
Deliveries are made within 3 working days.
For the delivery of the goods we require the presence of the customer or his representative at the address indicated in the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer must check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or altered.
Any damage to the pack and / or the products or the mismatch in the number of packages should be immediately subject to control by the written proof of delivery courier.
Once signed the document courier, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the parcel delivered.
In case of return at our office package and stock for storage at the courier, they will be charged 20 Euro due to the costs of storage themselves that the courier charges us.
If for reasons not dependent on our will we were made unavailable at the time of delivery, you can contact your local courier of your city and arrange for a subsequent delivery or collection at the headquarters of the carrier itself.
Pelletteria Massi is not economically responsible parcels left in storage at UPS.
The customer who has not been able to agree with the seat of his city an agreement for a second delivery, or withdrawal at the headquarters of the courier, assumes the burden of the successful completion of the shipment. If the courier there recapitasse package for non-collection by the customer, Pelletteria Massi contact the customer to eventual return and asking for reimbursement of any costs of storage and for shipping costs incurred (return to Pelletteria Massi) and those to bear (return customer).
If the customer does not wish to fulfill the payment of expenses incurred by Pelletteria Massi or not put in contact to agree, or following our email request for reimbursement for expenses incurred not reply within a reasonable time period of 7 days (seven ), Pelletteria Massi retain the goods are not withdrawn for non-compliance by the customer.
The shipping costs amount to:
- Order up to € 60,00: € 7.00 (up to 3 kg of goods)
- Over € 60.00: FREE

10. Error

Information regarding products provided on the Site are regularly updated.
However it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. Massi Pelletteria reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.  

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions the territorial imperative is that of the hole of Macerata.
